This Privacy Policy explains how YeetEX Tools ("YeetEX," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses and protects personal data when you use yeetex.tools, the QUANT-X terminal and personal account, and our Telegram channels and bots (including @yeetex_tools, @yeetex_marketsmap and @subscribe_yeetex_bot).
1. Data we collect
- Account data: email address, optional name, preferred language, and your password stored only as a one-way hash (bcrypt) — we never see or store it in plain text.
- Subscription and payment data: plan, term, invoice amount, payment network, receiving address, transaction hash and payment status. We do not process payment cards. Cryptocurrency transactions are public on the respective blockchain by their nature.
- Telegram data: your Telegram username and user ID, if you use our bots or link Telegram to your account.
- Technical data: IP address at sign-up and for security and rate limiting, login timestamps, and standard server logs.
- Communications: messages you send us, including cancellation requests.
2. How we use it
To create and secure your account, provide the plan you chose, process payments, renewal reminders and cancellation requests, prevent fraud and abuse, meet tax and accounting obligations, answer support requests, and improve the service using aggregated statistics. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Legal bases
Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on the performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure, compliance with legal obligations, and your consent where we ask for it.
4. Cookies and browser storage
We use only strictly necessary cookies: qx_session (keeps you signed in, HTTP-only, up to 14 days) and qx_lang (your language, up to 1 year). Your theme, language, checklist and daily journal are kept in your browser's local storage and are not sent to us. We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
5. Service providers
We share data only as needed to run the service: hosting providers that run our servers, Telegram for content delivery and notifications, and Google Fonts as described above. Market-data providers do not receive your personal data. Your use of Telegram is also subject to Telegram's own privacy policy. Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union.
6. Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. When you delete your account, access ends immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days. Records of confirmed payments are kept in anonymized form (without your email or account ID) for as long as Argentine tax and accounting rules, including Monotributo, require. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data and object to certain processing. You can change your profile and delete your account yourself in your account settings; for anything else, write to hello@yeetex.tools. Under Argentine Law 25,326 you may also file a complaint with the Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública (AAIP). If you are in the EU/EEA, you have the rights granted by the GDPR, including the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.
8. Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, HTTP-only session cookies and restricted server access. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes are announced on this website or in our Telegram channel.
