These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yeetex.tools, the QUANT-X terminal and personal account on this website, our associated Telegram channels and bots (including @yeetex_tools, @yeetex_marketsmap and @subscribe_yeetex_bot), and any content or services provided by YeetEX Tools ("YeetEX," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Service description

YeetEX provides market analysis and trade-preparation tools in tiers, as described on the pricing section of this website:

• Free — free of charge with no time limit and no payment details required: H1 analysis and market VIEW for BTC and SPX500, the terminal with two data providers, the macro calendar and news alarm, and our public Telegram channels.
• CORE — a paid plan (USD 49 per month, or prepaid for 3 or 12 months at the discount shown at checkout): everything in Free plus XAU and EUR/USD, M15 analysis on all assets, market VIEW with take-profit and stop levels, four data providers plus proxy, and general hedging strategies.
• PRO — announced and not yet available for purchase. Its features and price will be published before it goes on sale.

Features marked "Coming soon" are in development and are not part of what you pay for until they are released. We may change features, pricing and asset coverage; changes to a paid plan apply from your next renewal and are announced in advance on this website or in our Telegram channel.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use our services. You agree to provide a valid email address, keep your password confidential, and use your account personally. You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are prepaid for a fixed term (1, 3 or 12 months) and paid in cryptocurrency (USDT or USDC on the networks shown at checkout) through your account on this website or through @subscribe_yeetex_bot. There is no automatic renewal: access to paid features ends at the end of the term unless you renew. A renewal adds its days to your remaining term, and access continues for a 24-hour grace period after expiry. When you move from CORE to PRO, remaining CORE days are converted into PRO days in proportion to the prices.

You must send the exact invoice amount to the address and network shown. Transfers sent to a different address or network, or in a different token, may be impossible to recover. Network fees are paid by the sender. Withdrawal and refund rules are set out in the Subscription & Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to redistribute, resell, screenshot for resale or publicly republish paid content without our prior written permission, not to share CORE or PRO access with other people, and not to scrape the terminal or our APIs by automated means. Accounts that break these rules may be suspended. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that disrupts the platform for other users.

5. No advice and no guarantee of outcome

All content is analytical and educational and is provided "as is." It is not investment advice. We do not guarantee uptime, the timing of signals, the accuracy of market data or analysis, or any trading result. See the Risk Disclaimer.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YeetEX and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages — including trading losses, lost profits or data loss — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer-protection law that applies to you.

7. Intellectual property

All content, tools, indicators, branding and methodology published by YeetEX remain the intellectual property of YeetEX Tools. You may not copy, reverse-engineer or commercially redistribute our analytical frameworks without written consent.

8. Ending the service

You can delete your account at any time in your account settings. Access ends immediately and your data is permanently deleted after 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access in cases of abuse, fraud, non-payment or violation of these Terms.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes are announced on this website or in our Telegram channel before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
